She was predeceased by: her parents, Casimir Okulicz and Felicia Okulicz; and her husband Frank. She is survived by: her children, Marianne, Rozanne, Suzanne and Frank. She is also survived by dog and cat children.
In lieu of flowers and to honor Mom, memorial donations may be made in Anne's name to the Lupus Foundation of America or the American Cancer Society.
