She was predeceased by: her parents, Hisaichi Monden and Torako Monden; and her sisters, Mary Monden Uozumi (Harry), Tae Monden Yonekawa (Toke) and Kimie Monden. She is also survived by three nephews, three nieces, several grandnieces, and grandnephews.
