He was predeceased by: his wife Pauline Athey Roe; his parents, Norman Sr. Roe and Amanda Roe; his daughter Julie (Jim); and his siblings, Mahlon, Daryle and Gay.
He is survived by: his sister Joyce; his children, Carrie, Mark, Sara (Jerry) and Floyd (Ginger); his grandchildren, Rachel (John), Christina, Courtney, Billy, Justin, Steven (Micaela), Amanda (Fabien) and Trevor; and his great grandchildren, Cairo, Hailey and Jax. He is also survived by the third of five siblings.
