She was predeceased by: her husband Hubert Paul Athayde; her parents, Alex Kyle and Louise Kyle; her sisters, Janice Batchelder and Lucille Gaddis; her brothers-in-law, Joseph Batchelder, Bob MacDonald, John Gaddis and Gene Taylor; her nieces and nephews, Joseph Batchelder, Teresa, Louise, Annette MacDonald, Linda, Dannielle Atkinson and Robert Gaddis; and her great-nephew Frank Fong.
She is survived by: her sisters, Alexa Taylor and Shannon MacDonald; her children, William Athayde (Marjorie), Robert Athayde (Julie), Elizabeth Drummond (Bruce) and Barbara Parsons (Mike); her grandchildren, Michael Parsons (Amanda), John Athayde (Whitney), Kathryn Drummond, Angie Stevens (Gary), Scott Drummond (KayLynn), Juliana Behr (Erik), Shannon Dycus, Quaverly Rothenberg (Anthony Kaciak), Kyle Athayde, Matthew Athayde and Eliana Athayde; her great grandchildren, Jakob, Mason Parsons, Quincy, Gabriel, Theodora, Jacqueline Athayde, Madison Stevens, Grace, Abigail, Lucy, Zachary, Daniel, Malachi Drummond, Kaia, Ella Behr, Zoey Dycus, Zander Wynn, Avery Rothenberg, Lada and Philippa Kaciak; and also Anna. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to COVID and related travel issues, a funeral mass and celebration of life will be held later.
