She is survived by: her father Johnny Hawkins Sr.; her siblings, Johnny Jr., Mary, Louise and Angela; her children, Tiffany, Erika, Jacqueline and Nicholas Sr.; and her grandchildren, Aidan, Kamen, Alyssa, Zoey, Kashius, Khaleesi, Brooklynn, Kai, King, Nicholas Jr. and Nylani. She is also survived by her four siblings.
