He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Var Saunders and Alice Baker (Foltz); his wife Ritchie Baird of Pacific Palisades; his children, Lynn Saunders Cutter (John) of Atkinson, NH, David Saunders (Laurie) of Del Mar, CA and Jonathan "JB" Saunders; his pet Tuan of Santa Monica, CA; his brother Robert Saunders (Donna Marie); his stepchildren, Pam Frasier, Steve Frasier, Gail Sehlhorst, Dana Lin and Jill Satran; his brother Ted Baker (Linda); his nieces and nephews, Sean, Michelle and Jamie Baker; his stepsister Michelle Ellis (Gene); and his grandchildren, Megan Cutter (Federico Zablah), Joshua Cutter, Andrew, Jessica, Tim Saunders, Sean and Benjamin Saunders.
The family requests that donations be made in Ken's memory to support one of his favorite places, Grand Canyon National Park, where he and Ritchie enjoyed scenic hikes and a river trip during their many years together: Grand Canyon Conservancy (https://www.grandcanyon.org) --whose mission is to inspire generations of park champions to cherish and support the natural wonder of Grand Canyon.
