He was predeceased by: his father Silvestre Duran; and his brothers, Robert and George. He is survived by: his mother Marina Duran; his siblings, John (Gloria) and Marina Lee; his adoptive daughter Michelle Perez (Jose); his nephews, Jesse (Lisa) and Michael (Giselle); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Christian, Julian, John-Samuel, Sebastian, Emma, Ava and Alyssa; and also, Shelly and Bentlee.
