It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sandy Openshaw Saunders of Shell Beach, California, who passed away on September 2, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Veneda Openshaw (Si); and her brother Alan. She is survived by: her husband Gary Saunders; her sisters, Karen Cordary and Deby Flynn (Ed) of Santa Maria; her nieces, Kelly Flynn (JJ) of Santa Maria and Shannon Verbryke (Easton) of Santa Maria; and her nephew Nicholas Cordary (Quinn) of Burbank.

Because of Covid, there will be a Celebration of Life for Sandy at a later date.
