It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Joesph Deluca (Shasta, California), who passed away on March 27, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Antonio DeLuca and Domenica DeLuca; his wife Jimmie; and his children, Debra Skeen and Mike DeLuca.
