He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Harris and Orville Harris. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Harris; his children, Carrera Romanini (William) of Knoxville and Spencer Harris Jr. of Houston; and his grandsons, Wesley Romanini and Carsen Harris. He is also survived by friends who he chose to be his family.
