He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo (Wasco); his son Luther Ray; his siblings, Velma Marie (Mike), Glenda, Soundra, Barbara (Peter) and Dale (Linda); and his sister-in-law Nancy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
