He is survived by: his mother Patsy Ann Heriford; his wife Donna; his daughters, Tabitha Blazich (Robert) and Tawny Mucci (Glenn); his granddaughters, Taylor Mucci and Chloe Blazich; his sister Rhonda Finn; his niece Tara Curry (Josh); his children, Levi, Abby, Meghan and Cassidy DeLattre; his stepbrothers, Jeff and Bill Heriford; his stepson Dustin Larimore (Leah); his stepgrandchildren, Jason, Coltin, Logan and Jillian; and his stepchildren, Dylan Taylor, Danielle Escamilla and Christopher Garcia.
