It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernice Bell Johns (Shafter, California), who passed away on November 3, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Elbert Johns; and her daughters, Betty Bell and Bernita Thomas. She is survived by: her children, Rosemary Baker, Ruby Thomas, Dean Johns and David Johns; and her siblings, Jerry Sweeten and Betty Wing. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.
