He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Kathy Allen Smiley (Jeff Smiley) and Tim Allen; his grandchildren, Quinnton Smiley, Durand Smiley (Caitlyn Smiley) and Zachary Allen; and his siblings, Lloyd Allen (Carolyn), Jim Allen (late Cindy) and Shirley.
