She was predeceased by: her parents, Takami Misaki and Yoshiye Misaki; and her son Stephen. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Khiem of Thousand Oaks and Matthew Okada of Belmont; her siblings, Rod Misaki of Fresno and Kerri Katayama of Selma; her son-in-law Dustin Khiem of Thousand Oaks; and her grandsons, Elliott and Ethan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
