He was predeceased by: his parents, Gregorio Garcia and Rosaria Garcia. He is survived by: his wife Arjelia Garcia; his siblings, Jose Garcia and Matilde Garcia; and his children, Maribel Resendez, Guillermo Garcia Jr., Bertha A. Velez, Maria G. Garcia, Olga L. Garcia of Cline, Rosario Garcia of Ramos and Jesus G. Garcia. He is also survived by his 25 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren.
