It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma Fay Binkley of Sebastopol, California, born in Paris, Arkansas, who passed away on November 19, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Brumley and Oda Brooner; her stepfather Levi Brooner (Thomas Binkley); her siblings, Grace May Silva, Wanda Gay Freelander, Jerry Day Brumley and Billy Ray Brumley; and her great grandchild Ayla Talia Fisher.
She is survived by: her former husband Richard Young; her husband Tom Binkley; and her children, DeAnna Young (Ralph), Debbie Young (Colman), Kathy Young and Rick Young (Robin).
In lieu of flowers, those who wish to remember Wilma in a special way may make donations to the Sebastopol Senior Center, Mom's "Happy Place".
