He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Matoza Blacklock; his brothers, Rodney and Paul; his aunt Joan; and his children, Kenny (Katy), Cathy (Joe), Karen (Tim) and Christy (Mark). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
