With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jay Levine-Goldberg of Sebastopol, California, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on December 15, 2022 at the age of 71. He is survived by: his grandson Kazimir; his wife Anita Levine; his brother Joel; his daughters, Rachel (Jason) and Leah (Daniel); and his grandchildren, Enzo, Weston and Sierra. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
