He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Marie and Manuel Custodio Vierra; his siblings, Manuel, John and Mary; and his daughters, Sandi and Vicki.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Hocker Vierra; his daughter Gail Vierra-Lyman; his son-in-law Pete Lyman; and his sister Rita Vierra Bettencourt-Taylor. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews, 4 stepchildren and 5 step grandchildren.
