She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Brown and Viola Brown. She is survived by: her husband Orville Lowe (Fritz); and her sons, Chad Lowe of Discovery Bay and Erik Lowe of Sebastopol. She is also survived by her niece and nephew, other relatives and many friends.
