He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert MacNab and Hirel MacNab; his wife Ann Pool; his sister Barbara; and his son Robert.
He is survived by: his family Ann; his sons, Ken (Lori) of Santa Rosa and Dave (Bronwen) of Sebastopol; and his grandchildren, Garyth, Gabriel (Lyla Clayre), Carter, Isabella and Avery Jane. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
