He is survived by: his wife Sarah Tiedemann Faavesi; and his children, James Mamaia, Meleola Barbara Maposua, Keisarina Lolohea Faavesi, Meletafoki Susana Muaava, Pelenaise Dottie Halai, Virginia Joanne Faavesi-Aitolu and Anne Petiola Faavesi. He is also survived by 18 Grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
