He is survived by: his brothers, Clarence Banks (Rosetta) of Houston and Sam Banks of Port Orchard, Washington; and his children, Scott Banks (Brenda) of Houston, Gilda Dominguez (Ricardo) of Covina and Caren Clay (Marcus) of Richmond, Texas. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and close friends.
