He is survived by: his siblings, John Topper and May McGurk; his children, Glenn Topper Jr. (Cherie) and Calleen Dobler; his grandchildren, Glenda Santana (David), Alexis Lauderdale (Damien), Joann Topper Langley, Brittany Topper, Glenn Topper III (Melissa), Jessie Reedy (Tonya), Joey Reedy and Preston Reedy; and his great grandchild Stephanie Collins (David). He is also survived by other great grandchildren.
