He is survived by: his sisters, Janet Thompson of Bend and Betty Rowe (Terry) of Lexington, Nebraska; his sisters-in-law, Karen Berryman of Kearney and Phyllis Berryman of Tennessee; and his cousin Mary Granger of Seal Beach. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
