He was predeceased by: his wife Kay Steel Gutheim of Green Valley, AZ; and his parents, Robert Gutheim and Bernice Howard Gutheim of Bethesda, MD.. He is survived by: his children, William Gutheim (Pamela), Carolyn Lockhart (John) and Kathryn Cain (Mike); his grandchildren, Heather Rose (Dean), James Lockhart, Morgan Spinks, Matthew Spinks, Caleb and Tevne; his niece Tracey Gutheim; and his nephew Robert Gutheim.
