He was predeceased by: his parents, Verna Carol Immer (Briley) and Evertt Immer. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Peterson (Shertzer); his sons, Chuck Jr. Peterson (Trisha) and Jason Peterson (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Billie Frasier (Robert), Chas Peterson, Nikole Peterson (Hans), Brie Peterson and Juan Hernandez-Peterson; his great grandchild Kella "Dink" Frasier; and his siblings, Beverly Immer and Vince Immer. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
