She was predeceased by: her parents, John Fraser and Virginia Fraser. She is survived by: her significant other Beth DiLego; her nieces and nephews, Larkin, Logan and Kirk (Jamie); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jonas, Jessica and Kent (Jeannie); and her siblings, April and John Michael.

In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to support causes Stacey held most dear – The Marin Humane Society, The Sausalito Women's Club Scholarship Foundation or MALT (Marin Agricultural Land Trust).
