It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carlos Ortega Ruelas (Saticoy, California), who passed away on January 18, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Monico Ortega and Victoriana Ruelas; his wife Engracia Ortega; and his children, Gilberto Ortega (Irma), David Ortega (Monica), Enriqueta Ortega (Gonzalo), Soledad O. Mejia (Juan), Sabina O. Vigil (Antonio), Carmen Ortega and Patricia O. Stephens (Cameron). He was also cherished by seventeen grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions may be made to Roze Room Hospice of Ventura, 5675 Ralston Street, Suite C, Ventura, CA 93003.
