He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Leslie Miller and Elmira Risher Miller (Agnes); his wife Minnie Miller; his brothers, Jack Miller, Bob Miller and Dan Miller (Rose); and his brother-in-law Doug Patterson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Lou Miller and Harry Miller (Barbara); his sons, Ray Miller (Jackie) and Bill Leslie Cole-Miller; his stepson Felix Rogers (Marleen); his grandchildren, Kari Rae Miller, Alicia Jane Connell (Chris), Deborah Lavin (Bob) and Rich Rogers (Deanne); his great grandchildren, Bow, Olycée, D'Jah SaintLouis, Jackson, Lochlann Connell, Justin Lavin (Erin), Reese and Riley Rogers; his great great grandchildren, Vivian, Rowan and Eve Lavin; and his friend Marilyn Borges. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Ray's family invites memorial donations to Father Joe's Village, 3350 E St. San Diego, CA 92101.
