He is survived by: his wife Carol Johnson of Santa Ynez, CA; his siblings, Jim Verhey (Annie) of Napa, CA, Tom Verhey (Linda) of Charleston, SC and Fred Verhey (Victoria) of San Francisco, CA.; his children, Bob Verhey (Nancy) of Cary, NC. and Anne Paquet of Cary, NC.; and his grandchildren, Allie, Jennie, Bobby, Tommy Verhey and Jonathan Paquet.
