She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Mazurowski; her parents, James Cox and Jessie Mae Cox; and her brothers, James Cox, Donald Cox and Robert Cox.
She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Daniels (Michael); her grandchildren, Carrie Brown, Amber Myers (Cody) and Shelby McIntosh; and her great grandchildren, Alexa Brown, Liliana Brown, Zachary Myers and River Myers.
