She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Malk and Miriam Malk; and her husband Everett Shapiro. She is survived by: her siblings, Marvin and Audrey; her sons, Tad (Debbie) and David (Barbara); her grandchildren, Amy, Barry, Adam, Alex and Samantha; her great grandchildren, Blake, Brooks, Madelyn and Jordan; and her caregivers, Lala, Debbie, Nixie and Serenity.
