We are sad to announce that on April 23, 2024, at the age of 71, Nora Elizabeth Jovel of Santa Rosa, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Nora Elizabeth leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Nora Elizabeth may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She is survived by: her husband Efrain Jovel; her children, Efrain, Elizabeth and Cecilia; her children-in-law, Ramiro and Ali; and her grandchildren, Julian, Caelyn, Mateo and Leila.
Prior to COVID, she helped manage and organize the Dia de Los Reyes event in Roseland, for over 20 years.
