“I only knew Ken for a few months but it seemed that we were friends immediately. He welcomed me and my family to Fairway Knoll Lane, gave advice on how things work in the HOA, lent me tools, etc. He always seemed to have a smile on his face and happy. I will miss the smile and advice. RIP.”
