It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoAnn Knight Van Muylem of Santa Rosa, California, who passed away on December 16, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Iva Jane Knight and Joseph Meadie Knight Sr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Margaret, William, Joseph and Marilyn "Mell" Knight; her friend Luc Van Muylem; her husband Luc Van Muylem; and her children, Brian Johnston and Emily Johnston. She is also survived by siblings, cousins, nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor JoAnn's spirit by making donations to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) in her name.
