She was predeceased by: her significant other Etalo Kenilvort; her parents, Jack Fowler and Rose Fowler; and her brother Bill Fowler. She is survived by: her children, Dan, Steve Kenilvort, Teri Costello, Marlana Kenilvort, Dania Leon and Dennis Costello; her grandchildren, Melissa Costello, Amanda Sheets, Alec, Brandon and Logan Kenilvort; her grandchildren-in-law, Alexander Sheets, Brooklynn Tacke and Adele Derovan; and her great grandchildren, Colton, Jackson, Blake Sheets and Rose Costello.
