We are sad to announce that on March 2, 2023, at the age of 85, Gordon Dennis Koop (Santa Rosa, California) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father William Koop. He is survived by: his mother Ann Koop; his sister Joan; his brother-in-law Jim Huffman; his stepson Jimmy Entler; his children, Greg Koop (Donna), Lisa Vincent (Benny), Suzy Von Arx (Vern) and Gary Koop (Melissa); his nephews, Doug and David Huffman; his stepdaughters, Debbie Pontes and Nadine Oakley; his close friend Bill Miller; and his grandson Simon Wilkerson.

In lieu of flowers, please send any donations to the Wounded Warriors Project or a Veterans non-profit of your choice.
