She was predeceased by: her parents, Katharine Weeks and Malcolm Weeks; her husband Alexis Perillat (Al); and her brother Ted Weeks. She is survived by: her sister Camille Ozment; her children, Lex Perillat, Phil Perillat, Don Perillat (Cindy), Camille Pope (Chuck) and Karen McCulloch (Dan); and her grandchildren, Phillip, Taylor, Katie, Will, Ally, Lorell and Heather. She is also survived by her family and friends.
