He is survived by: his daughter Emma; the parent of his child Tracey Kirk (Australia); his parents, Duane and Shirley (Santa Rosa); and his sister Susan (Sacramento).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Friends of Trione~Annadel State Park, one of Dave's favorites places to ride his mountain bikes.
