He was predeceased by: his brothers, Andrew B. Nowell, Jr., Waldo L and Sisson. He is survived by: his son Vin; his wife Carole; his children, Vincent P. Nowell, Jr. (Jenny) and Linda M. Nowell; his granddaughters, Genevieve, Jessica, Marissa and Olivia; his stepchildren, Christine Merkle (Bob), Karen Lynn (Cecil), Rick McKinley (Lisa) and Michelle Frank (Mike); and also Sophie Harriet Nowell.
As a young man, Vince proudly served four (4) years in the United States Air Force which served as the foundation to his lifelong technical writing career in the aero-space/defense/government industries.
