It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma Tyler Coker of Santa Paula, California, born in Marion, Kansas, who passed away on December 7, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur C. Tyler and Laura M. Tyler (Swisher); her husband George; her daughter Kathy Coker Wyand; and her siblings, Jack, Gene Tyler, Corrine Kidd and Helen Campbell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda (Jack), Santa Paula and Carla Compton (Mark) of New Lenox, Illinois; and her grandchildren, Shannon Munoz (Rodrigo), Jake, Brandi Compton and Sgt Mark Compton Jr.. She is also survived by great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Angel of God Hospice of Camarillo.
