She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Perry and Mary Zelie Ann Perry; and her siblings, Phyllis, Claire, Grace, Doris and Philip.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Friedrich (Jerry Friedrich), Janis Carpenter (Hap Carpenter) and Joseph Lyons (Judy Lyons); and her brothers, Johnny, Eddie and Danny. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Pierce Brother's Santa Paula Cemetery (380 Cemetery Rd, Santa Paula, California 93060, United States).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Society in Joan's honor.
