He was predeceased by: his parents, Luis Garnica and Catalina Garnica; and his wife Minnie. He is survived by: his former wife Santa Paula; his sons, Ronald, Richard, Roland (Joyce) and Roy (Rene Mack); his wife Mary Lou; his stepchildren, Joe Gabaldon (Ann Marie) and Regina McLaughlin (John); and his siblings, Louie Garnica and Katie Ramirez. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
