He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Mendoza and Rose Allen; his stepfather Jack Allen; and his brother Robert Mendoza. He is survived by: his wife Lupe Ulloa; his child Thomas (Virginia); his grandson Patrick; his son Patrick; his sisters, Kim Sandoval and Jackie Cartagena; and his grandchildren, Jordan, Taylor, Eric, Marissa and Alyssa. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
