Allan Atmore Obituary
In loving memory of Allan Atmore of Santa Paula, California, who departed this world on January 7, 2025 at the age of 90. Allan leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Allan is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Allan's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Atmore and Lucille Atmore; and his daughter Jane Atmore-Mead. He is survived by: his wife Jyl; and his sons, Tom (Dana) and Douglas (Katherine). He is also survived by six grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Universalist Unitarian Church (740 E Main St, Santa Paula, CA 93060).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Blanchard Community Library Endowment Fund or a charity of choice.
