He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Stevens and Nettie Stevens; and his siblings, Homer Stevens "H. D." (Marie), Calvin Stevens and Eloise Perryman (Ray).

He is survived by: his wife Ellen; his children, DeAnna Moore (Justin) of Burleson, TX and Greg Stevens (Jana); and his grandchildren, Kameron Stevens (Sean) of Truckee, CA, Christopher Stevens and Jacob Flores (Hailee). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Flowers can be sent to either location or donations can be made to American Parkinson Disease Association at apdaparkinson.org in his memory.
