With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John R. Jalas Md (Santa Monica, California), born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 5, 2019 at the age of 48. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Jalas. He is survived by: his mother Eleanor Jalas (Breuer); his wife Shirley Navarrette; his parents-in-law, Carlos and Ruth Gutierrez; his sisters, Susan Perkins (Karen Paulus), Sharon Laurent (Todd) of Richfield, Kathryn Ruch (Christopher) of Kewaskum and Kendra Shelton (Sharon Ross); his nieces and nephews, Benjamin, Rachel Johnson, Jeffrey Paulus, Thomas Paulus (Danielle), Kali Pentler (Mark), Candace Greupink, Tyler, Leea Cochenet (Steven), Noah, Gianna Ross, Soraya and Charlize Shelton; and his close friend Erni. He is also survived by one great niece, six great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in his memory would make him smile.
