He is survived by: his spouse Leilani Jane Miller (Dallas); his children, Deborah Miller, Carolyn Miller (Steve), Jerry Miller (Laverne), Jack Miller (Eileen), Rhoda Minichillo (Matt), Eddie Miller (Lisa Spear) and Chris Miller (Michelle); his grandchildren, Katee, Adam (Ashley), Ryan, Samee, Jessi, Rhoda-May, Hannah, Ben, Ezra, Molly, Nico, Joey, Leah, Jack, Aidan and Kyle; and his sisters, Joan Haen (Dick) and Mary Clegg (Larry). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
